యమగండం (Yamaganda)
A daily inauspicious period ruled by Yama (death deity)
Overview
Yamaganda is an inauspicious period of about 90 minutes each day, ruled by Yama, the god of death. While the name sounds ominous, it simply means this time is not favorable for starting new ventures. Like Rahu Kalam, its timing varies by day of the week.
